The Company owns the rights to approximately 28,900 gross (19,400 net) acres in the Bethany-Longstreet field of DeSoto and Caddo Parishes and 21,400 gross (10,700 net) acres in the Longwood field of Caddo Parish, Louisiana.

As of December 31, 2008, we have successfully completed 50 Cotton Valley Trend wells in the Bethany-Longstreet field and 27 in the Longwood field.
